Elevation Business Support are working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business based in Middleton, Manchester. Our clients are looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team through an extremely busy period.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and check the engineers schedule
-Arranging permits and access equipment where required
-Making necessary arrangements for engineers including booking hotels
-General administrative support to managers and the wider team
-Answering incoming calls from customers
-Address and resolve any issues and complaints
-Produce quotes for the customer based on the work required


Key Skills:
- At least 2 years working in a fast paced administration role
- First class communications skills, especially telephone skills
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
- Passion for great customer service
- Commercial acumen
