Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator/Receptionist to join the team at our Head Office, Sayers Common on a part time basis.

This role will involve reception duties, creating and updating spreadsheets, data entry and inputting financial figures so a background in a similar role would be preferred.

 

Skills Range:

  • Good web skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Good organisational and communication skills

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the FMG Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring impeccable levels of service is provided daily to both internal staff and external customers. You will be hard working, ambitious and eager to improve within your role, An excellent telephone manner and ability to multi task is an essential requirement for this every evolving role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception ie answering calls and dealing with enquiries both over the phone and visitors coming into the office.

  • Subscriptions of our printed publications

  • Distribution of our printed publications

  • Employee benefits

  • Post incoming and outgoing

  • Mailshots

  • Updating spreadsheets

  • Admin of various systems.

  • Contacting customers for changes to their adverts.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm with flexability to cover holidays/sickness etc

Reporting to: FMG Business Services Manager
