This employer is a international hair, beauty and cosmetics distribution company

They currently require an Administrator/PA to Director (Part-time 20 hours per week) ideally 4 days per week, 9.30am-2.30pm

Reporting to:
Managing Director

Responsible for:
General and administrative support to the MD

Key Relationships:
Finance, Supply Chain, Customers & Sales Managers/Executives.

Overview of Role:
The Personal Assistant will work closely with the MD to enable him to become more effective and efficient in his role, by providing key administrative and logistical support

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents, reports and presentations and drafting/writing letters on behalf of the MD
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Dealing with incoming correspondence
- Dealing with correspondence and drafting/writing letters on behalf of the MD
- Organising meetings.
- Liaise with internal staff, customers and suppliers/contractors
- Keeping an eye on stock and ordering stationery
- Meeting and greeting external visitors at all levels of seniority
- Renewing Trademarks
- Dealing with some of the Directors personal work.
- Working on Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

The basic salary is £11 p/h

IMPORTANT: You MUST drive your own car, as there is no public transport to their office. On road car parking is available.
