Administrator – Operational Projects

Due to growth and planned transformation projects, our client is currently looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic NHS Supply Chain contract team as an Administrator for Operational Projects. You will support the Transformation Director and the wider project team to ensure that all administrative requirements are met on time and in full, providing a comprehensive, flexible, and efficient administrative service to a high standard. You will be responsible for:

• Administration support for a number of different members of the transformation and project team
• Support meeting scheduling
• Provide resource to ensure smooth running of a project team ‘office’
• Meet the requirements in terms of efficiency, timeliness, and quality
• Work comfortably with a wide range of agendas from a wide-ranging team

Administrator – Operational Projects Requirements:

• Proven ability to deliver high quality administrative expertise
• Strong organisation skills, in what can be an intense, pressurised, and ever-changing environment
• Attention to detail; diligence and accuracy at all times
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and flexible; proven track record of quality results delivery to deadlines
• PC-literate across the standard packages particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google equivalents
• Confidence with, and competence in, dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels
• Strong self-starter with the ability and desire to develop
• Interested in the wider work of the team and how your role adds value
• Able to manage your own workload and aware of timelines and interdependencies

Desirable:

• Previous exposure in Supply Chain and/ or Logistics
• Experience of Transformation / Change / Projects / Programme
• The ability to both support and challenge constructively and appropriately
• Self-sufficiency and also a team player
• Demonstrable experience of holding others to account via a range of appropriate tools and techniques
