They now have an opportunity for an Administrator to join them on a fixed term basis until 31st October 2019 to deliver an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Motiv8 team.
You will be employed to work solely on the Motiv8 project. The post is funded through the Building Better Opportunities programme by the European Social Fund and Big Lottery Fund.
Providing a comprehensive, confidential range of support services the programme to ensure quality standards / compliance are adhered too and targets are met, you must analyse data obtained using a quantifiable measurable process in line with the programmes compliance requirements and coordinate weekly updates on CRM; contributing to the collation of monthly and quarterly report monitoring for funding requirements.
You must also coordinate the management and maintenance of sensitive personal data (including the direct input and retrieval of this data from a number of internal and external systems) and take responsibility for the ordering of goods, raising/payment of invoices, monitoring of budgets and maintaining of petty cash within the Motiv8 Service.
With previous experience within an administration role, candidates will have previous experience in budgetary and finance and excellent communication and organisation skills. The ability to carry out quality and quantitative data analysis is required and the successful candidate must be prepared to work across our offices in Greater Manchester when required.
