This employer has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator. This is a full-time role based at their Nottingham Head Office. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

Salary: National Minimum Wage

You will be supporting the learner engagement and enrolment teams with selection and enrolment activities, including the planning and preparation of resources, reminder calls for selection days, accurate completion of start documentation and enrolment and attendance records. You will be expected to take ownership of your role and work closely with colleagues to ensure your understanding of the offer and services are up to date at all times. This also includes administrative support for the wider team and occasional attendance at external events and other company sites. You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for the business and their offering.

The Individual

They are looking for a well organised person with excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Experience in working in a customer focused environment with the ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries when working with young people. Be able to manage difficult situations/customers. Good sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel.
