Administrator – Group Finance NSGA82051
Salary £20,000 plus
Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of glass and glazing systems in three business areas: Architectural, Automotive and Technical Glass.
They now have an opportunity available for an Administrator to join them to provide administrative support to Group Finance who provide the central Accounting, Tax and Treasury resource to the businesses across the worldwide Group (the role supports mainly the Treasury area).
Carrying out general administration duties such as document preparation (Word and PowerPoint) and diary management, you will be responsible for making and co-ordinating bookings for departmental members’ worldwide travel and for arranging presentations in off-site locations and multi-site visits for overseas visitors.
With a good standard of education including English and Maths, you should be highly organised, have good general office skills and experience of working in an administration driven environment. A high level of IT skills with Word and PowerPoint is essential and you must be able to work both as part of a team and independently whilst demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills, both with internal colleagues and external contacts.
A full UK driving licence and car ownership would be an advantage due to limited public transport to the site.
