JOB TITLE: Administrator (FMCG)

WORKING HOURS: Full time – Monday – Friday – 8:00 – 17:00

MMUK are currently recruiting for a strong Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed team for a company are leading the way in all aspects of fresh produce. This is a new role to the business and is an exciting opportunity for the right person to build the role around them and challenge the current processes to make us more cost efficient.

The purpose of the role will be to support the Finance and Procurement departments with administering, reviewing and controlling costs on the core ERP system.

Roles &Responsibilities 

- Daily review of products ensuring that the attached costs are accurate 
- Report on weekly product cost movements 
- Deliver daily tasks which support and contribute to the delivery of overall Finance KPIs 
- Maintain Intake sheets & in conjunction with the Logistics Team
- Check quantities and costs on the purchase invoices and reference back to the consignment

Key experience essential for the Administrator role:

- Strong administration experience is essential 
- Excellent Microsoft -Excel skills are essential
- Experience in a similar role from the Manufacturing/ Food (FMCG) or Production sector experience would be advantageous
- Driving licence and access to vehicle essential would be desirable due to location
