You probably won't have heard much about us, but we're one of the UK's biggest, home-grown success stories of the last 20 years.

What we're looking for

In a nutshell, we're looking for people with great administration and organisational skills to join our busy operations team.


A bit more about you

You'll need great customer service skills and have a natural ability to build rapport and empathise with both our internal team members and our specialist third party engineering partners.

You'll love to take ownership of a problem, investigate and see it through to resolution.

You'll be someone who loves to think differently about problems of all types, challenges assumptions, and throws themselves into creating new solutions.

You'll enjoy process focused work, dealing with multiple tasks and enquiries and resolving within deadlines.

You'll have great numeracy skills and enjoy working with high volumes of numbers and data.

You'll love working in a busy team environment.

You'll have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

You'll be responsible for:

Conducting a range of Administration tasks including, billing related queries, supply transfer requests, engineering works and data verification.

You will liaise with our specialist third party engineering partners and updating Industry databases.

Overseeing site works appointments, investigations and database cleansing.

Analysing Meter Readings data and ensuring the accurate Billing of our Energy Customers.

Communicating with Industry Parties and Customers to resolve any issues.

Update both internal systems and industry records with accurate metering and appointment data.
