You will join them as an Administrator providing a first-class administrative support to the education team within their Communications Department, advising and assisting in all relevant administrative matters.
Administrator (Education) Responsibilities:

As the main point of contact for queries, you will be responsible for co-ordinating school visits and all associated paperwork ensuring compliance with procedures.
Administrator (Education) Requirements:
They will require the successful candidate to prioritise their own workload within a busy working environment; previous experience in an administrative role is therefore essential, as is a Minimum GCSE grade C / Grade 4 English or equivalent. You will also have experience of preparing for and attending events and shows.
The role involves interacting with a variety internal and teams, therefore the successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential, as are keyboard skills.
Please note due to the nature of this role you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.

Job type: Part Time, Permanent, 14 hours per week
Salary: £17,758-£20,000 pro rata per annum (depending on experience)
