Elevation Recruitment are supporting a key public sector client based Sheffield who are looking for an Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working in a fast paced Administration role.

Key Responsibilities:
-Upload documents and correspondence to the management system
-Book meetings
-Take minutes
-Diary Management
-Run DBS checks
-Provide consistent and high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
-Manage large quantities of sensitive information in accordance with data protection legislation
-Maintain and update reports
-Provide further support to the wider team when required

Key Skills:
-IT Literate in all Microsoft packages and SharePoint
-3 years' experience in a similar administrative position
-Good communicator
-Good timekeeping and punctuality
