Fixed Term Contract until December 2019
Our client is a leading energy and services group employing 20,000 people in the UK. The business has well-established and diverse operations that span the exploration and production of gas and oil; on-shore gas storage; generating power as one of the UK’s largest independent power producers; providing power and gas to thousands of businesses; and delivering services to more than 14,000 customer sites across the public and private sector.
They are now looking for two Administrators; a Metered Data Management Administrator and a Consumption Data Administrator, both on a fixed term contract until December 2019.
The Metered Data Management Administrator must ensure an accurate and complete set of data is available for billing purposes and that relevant settlement performance targets are met. The Consumption Data Administrator must ensure an accurate and complete set of data is available for billing, financial and industry purposes.
So, if you are educated to GCSE level at Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths and have previous billing experience within an energy business, then they would love to hear from you. With excellent numerical skills and a practical approach to problem solving, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to produce effective work within deadlines. A strong customer focus is a must, as is an understanding of the billing and validation processes and interdependencies between billing and interfacing departments.
