The Company

The Clients practice was formed in 2009 to provide accounts and tax advice to establish and startup businesses and it is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.

Our Client has a wealth of experience in delivering tax advice and accounts to a range of clients over the past 15 years, both in Dublin and Belfast.

The Role

Our Client is looking for Office Administrator / Accounts assistant, reporting directly to the directors. Ideal candidate will have a wide-ranging role encompassing secretarial duties, office administration, as well as some accountancy related work including preparation of payroll and VAT returns.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients, diary management
• Checking client source records, data entry
• Audio typing
• Drafting letters and PDF reports


Qualifications / Experience:

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including grades C or above in English Language and Math's
• Previous office experience essential
• Previous accountancy related experience preferred
