This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company operating in the employee benefit, health insurance and reward and recognition sectors. They are committed to fast track growth and expansion.

Their clients are some of the UK's largest employers, operating in both the private and public sectors.

This is an office based role for an appointment administrator, working 12-16 hours per week - this can be flexible for the right candidate. Immediate start available.

As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for the booking and coordination of our sales consultants, calling up our existing clients and arranging for them to visit and deliver briefings on their company's benefit package.

Organisation is the key to this role. You will have to balance the diaries and schedules of both our consultants and our client bank; ensuring we are visiting every client we need to.

The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Brilliant organisational skills
- Confident phone manner and bundles of enthusiasm
- Good written communication skills - for both email and mail correspondence
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word etc…)
- Good geographical knowledge

Other benefits include:
- Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 (pro-rata)
- 6% employers pension contribution
