The HealthChecks are approved alternatives to traditional accountant's reports and the team process thousands of reports every year.
Excellent customer service skills are vital, as much of your time will be spent liaising with letting agents both on the phone and by email.
An eye for detail is extremely important as this role does entail an element of accurately entering data to internal systems.
Experience in lettings is not essential as full training will be provided.
