Do you love organising people around you, managing multiple tasks and are naturally curious? Do you want to utilise the experience you have to help build a growing business? The Administrative function is a crucial area of their business and is pivotal in taking them to their next stage of growth.
They are looking for an administrator who can work closely with their growing teams to help build and streamline their processes and procedures to maximise efficiencies. They need your ideas and ability to work closely with their internal teams to identify and take on administrative work or identify and implement templates.
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Completing a wide variety of general administrative duties such as ordering stationary, maintaining the stock room, organising meetings for a range of Managers, note-taking etc
- Delivering a wide variety of ongoing project work where you will have a direct impact on helping to shape the Company as they advance, such as: writing and implementing templates for tenders, writing and updating policies and procedures, improving timesheet input, etc. The possibilities are endless for the right person.
- Working closely with teams across the company to complete their administrative tasks and implement templates to streamline their work
Administrator Requirements:
- The ability to self-start and problem solve in an ever-changing work environment.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The adaptability to take on new tasks and manage/prioritise multiple conflicting priorities.
- The desire to be involved in project work.
- The insight to be able to implement processes that will make a difference to the company.
About the company
Our client is widely regarded as Cambridge’s leading supplier of outsourced IT support. They provide bespoke on-site & remote support to companies who are involved with cutting edge developments such as gene sequencing and researching cures for different forms of cancer.
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000 to £22,000 per annum
