Administrator – £22,500 per annum – Lingfield, Surrey

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team based in Lingfield, Surrey. The position involves upkeep of the customer database, booking site visits and confirming with clients. We are a small but close-knit team, so the ability to work together and build relationships is essential. This is a great opportunity to take on a fresh challenge with a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

The key responsibilities of an Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Upkeeping the customer database and contracts
  • Drafting and finalising the Engineer’s weekly schedules
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Engineers’ diary using our in house system, CLIK
  • Booking of monthly jobs and any remedial works
  • Taking responsibility for the Regents used by our Engineers
  • Making sure stock is up to date and replenished when required
  • Reacting to emails and responding appropriately

The Person

The key skills and qualities of an Administrator:

  • Excellent communication skills, whether in writing, on the telephone, or face to face
  • Outstanding organisation and time-management skills, using a methodical approach to prioritise tasks and workstreams in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment but also work to deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
