Do you have strong administration experience and are looking for a varied and challenging administration role?

Oakwood International is a prestigious training consultancy based in Haywards Heath. The organisation delivers the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications.

Due to expansion Oakwood International are looking for an strong experienced and highly professional administrator to join their friendly team in Haywards Heath on a part-time basis for 3 days a week. This is a varied and challenging administration role offering a range of duties for which close attention to detail is an essential quality. Administrative tasks will include the collation and management of incoming documents (electronic and paper based), the maintenance of student records and working closely with external bodies. The applicant should be comfortable dealing with enquiries from students, awarding bodies and international partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a requirement and part of the role will involve the formatting of critical training documents.

The successful candidate will have superb attention to detail and have administration experience. Some experience in the education or training sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

Key Qualities:
• Live within a commutable distance of Haywards Heath
• Minimum of 2 years admin experience
• Good IT skills – proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint (Excel would also be advantageous)
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast moving environment
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
