We're a really big law firm with offices across the country. In the UK our Administration & Secretarial Services team are also based across the country and between them they support our 1200 staff. They ensure our legal documents are produced to the highest standards and provide key day to day administrative assistance to our fee earners.
What will you be doing?
The role will involve providing support in a secretarial capacity to a number of allocated fee earners and the wider team assisting with audio transcriptions, copy typing requests and a variety of administrative and organisational duties such as diary management, accounting tasks, client care and general file maintenance.
What are we looking for?
Ideally we would like someone who has previous experience of working in an administrative role within the professional services sector. This doesn't necessary have to be law, but perhaps accountancy, finance or perhaps even financial services. You'll need to have excellent IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. In addition you must be organised, have excellent time management and work well as a team.
