Their people make sure that when the ships dock, they’ve sourced and delivered the very best fruit and vegetables for their next voyage. It’s high pressure work, with a cruise line’s reputation for quality in their hands. One of the oldest names in their industry, our client is well known in fresh produce. Their busy Southampton branch works from a modern facility in Nursling. From here they manage their specialised cruise ships business along with their bustling wholesale outlet.
To support the Administrative & Commercial teams, we’re looking for an Administrator to undertake various duties to include Sales & Purchase ledger, Order & Sales processing in addition to a range of other office duties. You will have good attention to detail, work well under pressure, able to manage your time well and be as comfortable working as part of a team as under your own initiative.
It’s desirable if you are confident working with standard IT applications such as Microsoft Excel.
We are able to offer flexibility regarding hours of work between 30 & 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a start time before 8am.
The salary will be competitive dependant on experience with 25 days holiday plus public holidays, company pension scheme, company share incentive scheme, childcare vouchers and various other benefits.
Due to the location of the office it is beneficial that you hold a Full UK Driving licence and your own vehicle for you to commute to and from work.
