O'Neill Patient Solicitors LLP is a well-established law firm based in Hazel Grove, Stockport in the North West of England.

We specialise in a number of different practice areas and have grown substantially over the years to become one of the leading providers of legal services to the residential property and Remortgage markets.

We are looking for Administration Support to join our expanding team.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first step on the career ladder.  Full training will be provided, hard work is rewarded and excellent career progression is available.

The Role: 

You will be involved in assisting the Conveyancing team with the following:

  •  Post opening – assisting with the opening of post, sorting and distribution to the fee earning teams;
  • Opening new matters – following procedures to assist with the opening of new client matters and instructions;
  • Archiving – assisting with the archiving procedure – including retrieval of files from off site storage
  • Filing;
  • Photocopying and scanning;
  • Updating our case management system;
  • Assisting with general ad-hoc duties

The Person:

  • Previous customer service or office experience strongly desirable.
  • Hardworking and committed with the desire to progress.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team-player who is able to work on own initiative.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
