We have exceptional customer service and onboarding standards and this is managed by our Sales Administration department. We now require maternity cover on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The role

Working on a busy sales floor your day to day duties include working with the sales team to ensure the customer journey with us is seamless and efficient. You will be expected to manage customer accounts on our CRM system, Netsuite, checking through sales orders to ensure all information for billing and finance is correct, processing refunds where needed, chasing payments and dealing with cancellations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer accounts on our CRM system; Netsuite, managing aspects of any failed payments and customer contracts.

  • Liaise with our Finance department where necessary, for the purpose of refunds cancellations or missing payments.

  • Liaise with Account Manager and our design teams to create bespoke email campaigns in support of their recruitment drive, through our online design system (Jira).

  • Reporting bugs and site issues to our developers.

  • Check through all orders submitted by the sales team to ensure the correct billing and financial information has been submitted.

  • Activating customer accounts on our backend system.

  • To check all sponsored content is live on our webpages.

  • Keep up to date records of clients and their packages on multiple spreadsheet for reporting purposes.

  • General customer support.

  • Creating the monthly reporting spreadsheet to reflect individual and overall targets

There is a lot of work to do in this role and you will not be bored! The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, have amazing attention to detail and impeccable time management skills. You will be an expert on spreadsheets with experience of creating calculations on these. You will be liaising with sales team members, team managers, graphic designers and members of the senior management team as well as your customers, so we expect you to be an effective and clear communicator.

Fixed term contract of 6 months starting August 2018. £18-20k per annum DOE (pro rata’d)
