Elevation Business Support are currently supporting a Manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of an Administrator to work within their Production Department.
You will be tasked to provide administrative support to the production management team, by collecting, inputting, analysing and reporting data in relation towards production management activities.
Duties & responsibilities;
*Provide assistance to the production management team, producing reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration for the department
*Liaise with other departments as necessary to support prioritisation of orders to meet customer requirements
*Support the management team by processing, analysing and presenting reports on production data on a regular basis
*Support managers with administrative tasks relating to ad hoc projects
*Provide Operator performance data to Managers
*Any additional administrative duties in relation to production objectives, as requested by members of the management team
*Comply with all company procedures in the course of these duties
*Comply with all regulations regarding the Health & Safety Policy and procedures, maintain awareness of safe working in all areas and aspects of the business
Knowledge and Core Skills;
*GCSE, or equivalent qualification, at grade C or above in Maths, English, Science
*Excellent IT skills
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to manage priorities under pressure
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong organisation skills
*Flexible and proactive approach to high workload
