Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support are exclusively recruiting for a growing Engineering & Manufacturing business in Rotherham as they expand their commercial team with the appointment of a hands on, proactive Administrator.
Working closely with an Export Specialist and the Commercial Manager, this role will be a key part of the team and heavily underpin the department with the provision of key support in all administrative areas of the business from the delivery of customer service to liaison with logistics ensuring orders are shipped in line with service level agreements.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-First point of contact for all telephone based enquiries -Document control -Dealing with visitors as well as servicing and facilitating meetings -Photocopying confidential documents -Manual paper based and electronic filing -Prepare minutes from meetings -Support with the Export process -Updating in house database -Other general, ad hoc administrative duties as required for the role
Key Skills Required
-Experience in a fast-paced administrative capacity managing conflicting priorities -Working knowledge of Sage 200 is an advantage -Proactive, hands on approach
