Our client is eager to appoint a strong office administrator to enhance their busy team. The company sits within the manufacturing and distribution arena and are a market leader within their product field. Due to growth and new business - this role is paramount for the new year. Ideally we want to interview immediately to secure a start date for someone for January 2018.
The requirements of the role are as follows;
Excellent telephone manner - strong communication skills verbally & written.
Be-able to offer a high level of customer service over the telephone.
Comfortable working within a busy office.
Can work to deadlines.
Be-able to fulfil orders and enquiries over the phone, email & internet.
See orders through to process and finally delivery stage.
Up-date customers of delays to deliveries, manage their accounts.
Up-date the website with relevant product information.
General office duties, invoicing, filing, running account statements off.
The role is heavily focused on processing customer sales orders and offering a high level of customer service from start to finish.
This role is suited to a strong administrator, who is wanting a new and potentially busier challenging environment, yet able to demonstrate excellent customer service, and takes pride in their work-load.
The working week is Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
