The Role

Our client is a leading travel agent/tour operator with a reputation that is second to none in offering a complete solution to all a range of travel needs.

They are looking to recruit an Administrator to deal with a number of daily administrative duties to include post (both in-coming and out-going) filing, answering the telephone, dealing with clients queries, chasing late payments, sending out client invoices and tickets, checking invoices from suppliers, answering clients emails and letters and running statistics collected on the client’s in-house system
Requirements

This position requires individuals with an excellent telephone manner able to cope within a sometimes pressurised environment and meet deadlines with a flexible approach to working hours. The candidate must be willing to learn our in-house back office system as well as new administration procedures associated with the travel industry.
