The position will include carrying out membership checks, assisting with the administration of all membership applications, ensuring that membership records on the database are up to date, and processing invoices. The role will require being a point of contact for all membership enquiries via phone and email, and preparing reports and documents when needed.

Candidates will require:

  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills to manage member enquiries and request information on the telephone and by email
  • Database entry experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, but solid CRM experience will be considered
  • Must have the ability to check required documents and chase those outstanding
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Experience issuing and sending invoices.
