Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an exciting and rapidly growing Manufacturing business based in Rotherham, who are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.

The successful Administrator will have previous experience of working in a fast paced Manufacturing site. You will be enthusiastic, professional, well organised, diligent, and be able to work both as an individual and as part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Processing of all sales orders with the customer
-Follow up on any open customer quotes
-Stock management
-Processing and issuing of Purchase Orders
-Raising and processing of invoices
-Reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration for the department
-General account management
-Customer complaint handling
-Report on Customer Activities on a daily basis via internal reporting system

Key Skills:
-Experience of working in a fast paced Manufacturing environment
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Organisation and planning skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Decision making skills
-Excellent IT skills
