Administrative Assistant – Quality HULL67152

Our client is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 26,000 students every year.

Joining the Quality team as an Administrative Assistant, you will be the initial point of contact for internal and external enquiries; delivering excellent customer service and ensuring confidentiality is a key focus at all times.  Term time only – 22.5 hours per week (40 weeks per year)

Ensuring all quality data documents are uploaded, stored and maintained as required in an accurate and timely manner, you will electronically store appropriate quality documents onto College systems and must collate information in a timely manner in preparation for audit, SLT and corporation as and when required. 

Essentially, you must ensure that all quality information, internal files and reports are well maintained, accessible and updated and that you support the Quality department with a range of administrative duties including organising meetings, coordinating diaries and taking and distributing minutes.

With recent experience of working in an office/administration/audits environment and of maintaining filing systems, candidates will ideally have experience of working in FE College or similar organisation and be competent in the use of Microsoft applications including spread sheets and database processes.
