We are now recruiting for an Administration Lead to work in our Children and Families Department based in Cheadle.

As our Administration Lead...
You will work across two offices, you will take line management responsibilities for a small team of administrative staff. You should be motivated to work in a collaborative way with the head of service to develop the services offered by this team. You will provide and navigate support to the senior managers and social work teams to ensure we are planning and coordinating administrative support appropriately. You should hold experience in working with common database systems (CHARMS,CRM,CLEARCARE) being able to provide reports. You will take the lead in regards to the payroll duties within the department. You must always demonstrate a commitment to GDPR and confidentiality within your work and will adhere to the together trusts policies and procedures at all times.
You will hold a relevant administration qualification, have a strong background in a similar role that can be evidenced, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be friendly and approachable to the staff you manage and will be able to problem solve. Working as part of the team that supports the wider trust you will work to our values and be flexible to support the needs of the service.
Having a sound understanding of how to delegate and priortise workload is essential.
