This role will provide this companies Accounts Team with administration support, the successful person will be excellent at managing their time, adaptable and able to prioritise a wide range of tasks. We are looking for someone with excellent eye for detail and able to work with electronic systems and ERP databases. This is a great role for someone who wants to gain solid experience within a small Accounts Team in a fast moving, busy and energetic company.

Purpose of Role:
To assist in the Accounts Team in administration type tasks and other ad hoc duties.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Accountabilities
- Organisation of work and prioritisation of tasks
- Accuracy of work
- Adherence to policies and procedures
- Adhering to and working within all health and safety procedures and best practice

Core responsibilities
- Reception duties
- Handling post - in, out
- Maintaining current and historical proof of export
- Saving documents to Axapta
- Preparing documents for HMRC and audit requests
- Digitally filing credit note authorisations
- Tidying and renaming folders and documents
- Requesting statements of account
- Sending invoices to customers on request
- Retrieving and sending invoices from online portals
- Retrieving and matching credit card receipts
- Checking item settings on Axapta for errors
- Preparing weekly reports from SQL data for Amazon customer accounts
- Running weekly stock reports
- Arranging staff greetings cards
- Preliminary due diligence checks of customers and suppliers
- Adding customers and suppliers to Axapta

Requirements
- Office experience (office type administration tasks)
- Ability and experience of using Excel, Word, Outlook and MS teams (produce basic documents, Sorting, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, formatting, managing inbox)
- Further education (college, university) desirable but not essential
- Experience of using an ERP system
