We are thinking that you are the sort of person who double checked your CV for typos before completing it, and then had one last look, just to make sure, before uploading it to the Job Boards? If so, that's just the sort of precision and attention to detail we need in this key new role.

Some sectors are very sadly, badly affected by the health crisis, but we are grateful to have record numbers of new enquiries, and are still expanding! This new full time, office based position has been created through an internal promotion within our small but very busy Head Office in Colchester.

Providing a vital, and increasingly needed service, mostly to Local Authorities, if you have some existing Administration skills, a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, and are happy with what can be a pressured environment with key deadlines, we offer a genuine team orientated workplace and a business that is committed to personal development and training.

The Role:

- The Administration Manager (or as we call it, the Case Manager) takes responsibility for a caseload of reports being handled by our teams of senior professionals from a mix of job disciplines.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and liaising with our customers and our contractors alike to ensure the timely filing of reports and the the process right through to the point of invoicing.
- The first point of contact for customers on open cases to provide a friendly service and liaise, usually by telephone, to help resolve queries and answer questions. Additionally, the liaison point between our customers and our contractors.

The Individual:

- A proven track record in an Administrative role, showing effective interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a professional and confident telephone manner, and clear written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise and focus, using good time management skills in what can be a pressured environment with key team deadlines and targets to meet. Most of the material we deal with is both highly confidential and sensitive, so a degree of resilience is also crucial.
- An accountable and friendly team player
- Above average skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook

In return for the above, we offer the commitment to personal development within our team orientated workplace, a bonus scheme and promote internally whenever we can. If your skills match our requirement and you are looking for that next step, please get in touch.
