Administration Accounts Assistant

Salary: (Average £18,000-£20,000)

Benefits: 28 days holiday inc bank holidays, Workplace Pension scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 5.00pm

Location: Wirral, Merseyside

Organica (UK) Limited is a privately-owned company specialising in the production and supply of a variety of household laundry and cleaning products.  We supply a number of national and international customers with their own brand of laundry and cleaning products.

We are looking for an Administration Accounts Assistant for our offices in Birkenhead, Wirral. This is a permanent full-time roll reporting directly to the Administration Manager and liaising with the company Managers and Directors.

Duties Include:

  • Input of data onto Sage
  • Placing / Processing Purchase orders
  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing receipts
  • Dealing with accounts queries via email & phone
  • Issuing statements
  • Will also include general admin tasks

Candidate Requirements

  • Working knowledge of using Sage Accounts
  • Good range of general Microsoft skills, including outlook, word etc
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent team working skills
