Sales Administrator / Receptionist  – up to £18,500 p/a + Benefits – Stratford-upon-Avon, UK

The Role

At Fatboys Catering Equipment, we are looking for a motivated and capable Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy office at Long Marston, just outside Stratford upon Avon. The main responsibilities of the role will include receptionist/administration duties with a further element of managing vehicles and supplier databases. This is an opportunity to take on a fresh challenge at an exciting and rapidly growing company.

The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator / Receptionist include, but are not limited to:

  • Screening phone calls, enquires and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; providing refreshments; and monitoring access, ensuring all visitors sign in and out using the Visitors Register
  • Maintaining records of subcontractors, ensuring insurance details are up to date
  • Monitoring stock levels, ensuring stationery and office supplies are adequately stocked
  • Filing assistance for the accounts team
  • Arranging travel and accommodation when required
  • Dealing with incoming email and post
  • Ordering of kitchen supplies
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
