Thompsons Solicitors is looking for an excellent Admin Assistant – if you are reliable, organised and have high levels of accuracy, this is the opportunity for you!
The appointed Admin Assistant will be an integral part of a busy team, providing a proactive, professional and high quality administrative support service to lawyers across the Sheffield office. We are looking for a conscientious individual, who can work off their own initiative and is always willing to learn. If you are enthusiastic and dependable, with great communication and time management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail, then this could be an ideal role for you.
This is an exciting and varied role, covering a wide range of administrative tasks including dealing with incoming and outgoing post, filing, photocopying, opening and closing files as well as assisting lawyers with any other administrative work on their cases. The appointed Admin Assistant will have previous experience of working within an office environment, be computer literate and confident on the telephone, drafting relevant correspondence including emails and performing data input tasks. We are looking for a strong team player, with outstanding administrative skills and a proven ability to work pro-actively.
