Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a reputable organisation based in central Sheffield as they look to appoint a dedicated Accounts & Treasury Assistant to their growing finance team.
This is a a rare and exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable individual to join a supportive and friendly finance function to provide extensive support across a range of duties covering complex bank reconciliations, sales ledger invoicing, credit control duties, statement reconciliations and all relevant reporting.
Duties of the Accounts & Treasury Assistant will include (but are not limited to):
*Collating month end reports *Dealing with complex invoice/payment queries *Managing debtor records *Assisting with credit control duties i.e. chasing payments where necessary *Processing bank payments *Complex bank account reconciliations *Credit card statement reconciliations *Allocating of incoming cash *Monitoring cash flow *Providing support with additional duties where required
*At least 2 years' experience within a similar role *Educated to GCSE level *Strong communication skills *Confident user of Microsoft Office packages including Excel *Experience of complex reconciliations
