Do you have experience in Accounts?
We are looking for someone to join our well established, family run client's business who, have been selling and installing beautiful and high quality windows, doors and conservatories for over 25 years.
• Sales/Purchase Ledger – enter all invoices and credit notes, receipts and payments on Sage
• Weekly credit control – make phone calls and send letters if necessary
• Monthly Cheque run for suppliers
• Monthly Bank Statement – enter all transactions ready for reconciliation
• Monthly Credit Card statements – enter all transactions and reconcile
• Calculate and enter weekly wages and CIS ready for monthly online submission
• Book service calls and answer the phone
• Filing and other administrative duties
• Book appointments for sales rep and surveyor.
What do you need?
• Knowledge of Sage
• Experience working within Accounts
