The Accounts Receivable Clerk Role:
The FSS Centre was established in January 2012 and the Accounts Receivable team are responsible for all cash allocation duties including the monitoring of all bank statement registrations, allocating customer receipts, bank reconciliations and processing of payments. The role reports to the Accounts Receivable Lead.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks Include:
+ Running automated cash allocation to AR open items
+ Review automatic cash allocations, completing manually where required
+ Raise queries on any unallocated items
+ Deal with allocation requests from all local entities
+ Bank reconciliations
+ Manage the processing of manual payments
We Are Looking For:
Knowledge of the cash allocation process however this would be an advantage but is not essential. The successful individual will be able to work independently or as part of a team and must be able to pay strong attention to detail. You will be organised and be able to manage a high volume of allocation.
