Description

Our client a not for profit membership organisation is looking for an experienced Accounts/Membership Administrator.

You will report to the Head of Finance and will ensure that delegate accounting and membership records are accurately maintained. You will need to have experience of working with membership databases and have used Sage.

Main duties:

To ensure that financial data is recorded in a timely manner and ensure that transactional queries are satisfactorily resolved
Record cheque and credit card receipts from Association members to the bespoke membership database and Sage accounting database.
Record banking receipts in bank pay- in book and lodge receipts in bank.
Record conference delegate application and process associated payment therefore.
Register new memberships.
Resolve member financial queries.
Resolve credit card charge-back.
Process credit card refunds back to members and make the necessary financial record on the members account.
Record delegate bank transfer refunds members account.
When required perform database housekeeping.Occasional reception cover is also a requirement of this role

Good Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
Sage
Membership Database experience
