Our client is a family run business based in Bradford, West Yorkshire who have proudly been manufacturing Astonish cleaning products for over 40 years and are extremely proud of their quality, performance and value. What’s more our client is not only people kind but animal kind too! Products are not tested on animals and contain no ingredients derived from animals. 

Due to continued expansion, a new exciting opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic, ambitious, motivated Accounts Executive / Accounts Administrator to join the existing friendly Finance and Accounts teams. This would suit an experienced and well organised administrator who knows how to get the job done, but also enjoy themselves too! Graduates will also be considered for this role as the company proactively take on university graduates looking to start their career in a role which further creates opportunity and progression long term, so are also welcome to apply!

THE ROLE: The Accounts Executive / Accounts Administrator role will be a wide and varied role where you will carry out a range of admin duties in support of the Finance and Accounts department. Although duties could vary from day to day, you will predominantly be responsible in covering all aspects of administration input, accounts invoicing, customer interaction by phone, chase overdue payment and stock transfer inputting etc. 

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Accounts Executive / Accounts Administrator position will need to hold previous experience in an office administration role, or if no working experience, candidates will need to be a graduate with good IT skills with Microsoft Office experience as well as good organisational skills. In addition, candidates will need to have a good eye for accuracy, be an outgoing team member and have a polite and clear telephone manner. Candidates will also need to be able to commute to Bradford, West Yorkshire. 

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Accounts Executive / Accounts Administrator role:-

Must be well organised and have excellent attention to detail
Previous office admin experience would be ideal
Graduates with no office experience but looking to develop a long career will be considered 
Must have good IT skills and be able to learn and use new software
Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Word is essential 
Excellent spoken English and written communication skills are essential
Must live within commutable distance to Bradford, West Yorkshire
