The Role

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join their busy Finance and Administration team.

The role will encompass a range of activities to support existing staff, including; processing supplier invoices; checking and entering of staff expense claims; assisting with the facilities function for the Group; entering and maintaining data within the group-wide information systems and other administrative tasks.

Essential Requirements

You must have previous administrative experience in a professional business environment

Good knowledge/ experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication skills

Professional telephone manner

Good communicator

Well-presented and a welcoming and friendly manner

Efficient

Professional

Good time management

Can-do attitude

Multitasker

Flexible and tenacious

Advantageous skills:

Experience of working in an accounts team

Qualifications and Certifications

Minimum GCSE or equivalent Maths and English - grade C or above
