R&M Williams Ltd undertakes projects within the public and private sector across a broad range of value bands in various sectors including refurbishment, heritage schemes, maintenance and new build projects for our clients in education, retail and health sectors and social housing.
Due to continued success they are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to work within their Finance Department.
Sales and purchase ledger, credit control, intercompany accounts, journals, month ends etc, stock reconciliation.
Answering the phones taking and inputting customer orders.
Invoicing, emailing and filling, payroll and vat returns.
The Ideal Candidate:
Will have experience within a similar role.
Will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
The role requires a substantial amount of concentration and accuracy and an ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
The ability to work to deadlines
The ability to work in a team.
