The Role

We are seeking a full time Accounts Assistant to join our clients busy Accounts and Admin team, based at there Head Office in Poole. The role will involve all aspects of the purchase ledger; checking supplier invoices and investigating queries; processing of invoices into our SAP accounts system and account reconciliations. As well as other accounts and administration tasks as required.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working within a busy professional environment.

Previous experience of running a purchase ledger

Experience working in a busy account's environment

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with customers

Good communicator with a professional telephone manner

Well-presented and a welcoming and friendly manner

Efficient and professional

Good time management

Multitasker with a can-do attitude

Flexible and tenacious

Qualifications and Certifications

Minimum GCSE or equivalent Maths and English - grade C or above
