Our client, an electrical contractor established in the late 1980’s is seeking an Accounts administrator to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that has continued to expand slowly over the past decade and recently moved into larger premises. The company has a strong long lasting working relationship with various local authorities and local businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate
Successful applicant will be joining a busy friendly company in Portsmouth.
The successful applicant must be computer literate and have a good understanding of all accounting procedures and must be experienced in using Sage Line 50. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets would be advantageous. The applicant will also need some Administration experience to help cover staff holidays and sickness.

Professional Phone Manner
Must be able to communicate with customers/suppliers to ensure successful credit control in bought ledger and sales ledger.
