The Company


We are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for our client in Wellingborough. This is for a well-established, prestigious organisation that is experiencing growth.


The Job

  • Ensure all VAT returns are verified, collated and submitted to HMRC by the given deadline
  • To safeguard that all VAT returns over £10,000 are prepared, verified and checked prior to submission to HMRC
  • Deal with all queries relating to the VAT returns ensuring they are resolved prior to submission
  • Arrange regular meetings to discuss processes and workloads
  • Ensure that all correspondence is completed within 24 hours of receipt


The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within a financial background
  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately


The Package

  • Hours 9.00am-5.30pm 37.5 hours per week
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Auto enrolment into the pension scheme 5% employee 5% employer
