Perfect Placement, the UK's leading Automotive Recruitment Agency, currently have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their friendly Administration Team.

Based in St. Andrews Business Park, Thorpe St Andrew, Perfect Placement are a family run company with a great office atmosphere!

The accounts administrator role is a hands-on role and you will be involved in a wide array of duties. You will be a highly motivated and organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to:

  • Banking and reconciliation
  • Producing Statements for Clients
  • Calling Clients to ensure they have received their invoices and are aware of our Terms of Business
  • Chasing up outstanding debts
  • Maintaining in-house documents ensuring Sales Figures are up to date
  • Raising Invoices
  • Issuing Credit Notes
  • Reviewing transactions, responding to external and internal queries.
  • Providing an efficient telephone answering service, dealing with and directing calls as appropriate, assist with lunchtime phone cover 12 to 2pm.
  • Office support when required including the incoming and outgoing post.
  • Assisting the Head of Recruitment Support with any Ad-Hoc duties as required
