Accountant/Bookkeeper (Residential Property Services) - London NW11

2 years relevant experience in accounting specifically within the residential property management industry.
Experienced in preparation of Service Charge accounts.

My client has a team of 35 people, including 6 partners, is enthusiastic and highly experienced.
My clients are looking to recruit an experienced accountant/bookkeeper, within their Residential Property Services department dealing with the preparation of Services Charge accounts.
You don't necessarily need to be qualified but you do need to have at least 2 years relevant experience in accounting and specifically within the residential property management industry.
The successful candidate will should be professionally presented, proactive, able to work accurately with minimal supervision and with good verbal and written communication skills.
Reporting to the partner, your core responsibilities will include:
Preparation of Service Charge accounts
Reconciliation of all control accounts;
Assisting and providing clients with solutions to queries;
Assisting generally within the department
Salary commensurate with experience and if applicable, qualification.
A minimum of 2 Years Experience is essential. The experience must be specific relevant accounting experience within the residential property management industry.
You must be experienced in the preparation of Service Charge Accounts.
Knowledge of software used in the industry would be useful.
