Personal Estate Manager : Solicitor Channel
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000
Location: Bristol (Central)
Full-time (37.5 hours)

Key skills:

• Excellent communication skills at all levels and exceptional organisational and time management skills are a pre-requisite
• Candidates should be self-motivated, have a keen attention to detail and be proactive at all times, seeking new ways to enhance customer service delivery and controls ensuring that improvements are delivered effectively
• Must have a customer focus approach at all times and be prepared to go above and beyond in order to provide support
• Strong presentation skills

Experience:
Must have:

• Experience of handling AGR or AVT files
• A minimum of 3 years in a customer service focused environment
• Experience of managing or influencing others to deliver the required results

Desirable:

• Managing external business partner relationships
• Sales/lead generation experience

Key Responsibilities:
Managing AVT & AGR files & building relationships within the Solicitor channel to create opportunities and deliver sales. Carrying out full reviews, ensuring the operational teams complete the work required to progress the matter and meet your client’s expectations. Effectively manage communication with clients and business partners. To work tirelessly on customer service excellence, continuously improve communications and process. You will have a “customer-first, all the time” attitude. Ensure that we do everything in our power to build ongoing relationships in the solicitor channel through managing all communications from generating sales and cross selling products, to providing regular updates and communications through live matters as well as managing outstanding debt.
