This company is a small, creative design agency in Kent and Surrey. They're an experienced creative team of designers and creative specialists, helping their customers market their products and services.

Their name reflects their partnership approach, how they collaborate to create a unique creative solution. Increasingly their focus is on businesses that have a mission and offering that is good for all life on their planet and humanity. If you aren't sustainable they they aren't for you. This is shown with (award-winning) projects within the Charity, Public and Third Sector - areas they are keen to see further growth.

Main Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with their customers, interpreting their needs into a brief for their team and providing proposals and quotes
- With projects approved you'll use Streamtime to guide all of their projects to a successful outcome
- Daily you'll manage the team check-in's, ensure everyone has the resources and support they need
- Partnership with suppliers is important so you'll be commissioning work with their suppliers
- Projects are wonderfully varied; from websites to printed packaging
- You really need to know the creative design industry and understand what a project needs to be successful

They are picturing a person who is both an excellent listener and planner. Who communicates clearly whilst also loving a process and clear plan. Perhaps you've worked for a large agency for a few years and are keen to have more influence?

You may come from a client services or account management background. Either way you'll find there's a real opportunity to grow and define this new role. Fully supported by the team, whether you're local to Kent/Surrey or further away - their focus is on getting the "right person on the bus"; then everything else works!

They strongly believe that their services can be delivered whilst maintaining a true healthy life/work balance, they've shown this by offering flexible working years before it was fashionable and rolling out a comprehensive health insurance plan.

Primarily work from home with planned team and customer meetings.

As long as you're willing to take responsibility for ensuring that their team and customers are happy, have the drive to contribute to the business and will grasp opportunities to develop your skills - they'd love you to get in touch.
