Job Description:

Working in a Marketing Agency your role will be to provide customer support to healthcare professionals and patients, with a sensitive clinical condition.
Provide timely administration and support to the management team, it’s partners, suppliers and customers. This position requires a detailed understanding of products and processes, including sales administration, policies and complaint handling procedures. 

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

  • Be the voice of company by answering incoming calls, emails and additional communication from customers, partners and suppliers. Applies appropriate judgment and professionalism in handling calls
  • Serve as liaison between management team, customers, accounting, quality and various stakeholders (such as contract warehousing and distributors)
  • Serve as the expert in fulfillment processes
  • Execute the HCP and patient sample order taking process in line with policies and standards
  • Utilise the Salesforce database to enter and maintain HCP and patient information and requests
  • Manage promotional materials and fulfil management team requests
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

 Support Administration:

  • Manage supplies, literature and starter pack administration both internally and externally
  • Facilitate operational relationships with key commercial partners, customers and logistics suppliers
  • Manage filing, copying, and various administrative office duties
  • Manage HCP/patient records and basic reports from Salesforce database, whilst adhering to GDPR
  • Schedule appointments and attend UK meetings and exhibitions as requested
  • Register and report complaints in accordance with internal procedures and policy
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
